AFTER THE TREATY OF NICE, INSTITUTIONS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION CONTINUE WITHOUT BEING PREPARED FOR SCALING

The aim of the Treaty of Nice was to allow the European Union Institutions to work in a frame-work of efficiency and legitimacy.
But results were not as good as they were expected to be.
