GLOBALIZATION, NETWORK SOCIETY AND COMPETITION. TOWARDS A NEW BUSINESS MODEL

This paper states two goals. On the one hand, draw the conceptual framework where the present firm expands, and on the other hand, identify the best organizational model to adapt itself to the competitive environment. With the aim of defining the actuation context of the present firm, the unchained factors of the globalisation process are analysed, at the same time this process is studied under a double perspective, conceptual and empirical.
