PERFORMANCE, CRISIS AND REFORM IN THE ARGENTINA POWER SECTOR: LESSONS FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

Argentina was one of the first countries to start the application of a radical electricity deregulation process, imitating other previous liberalized models. Conclusions try to extract general rules with the purpose of applying it to neighbour countries.
