debe centrarse en Europa mientras que continuamos apoyando las acciones de los pueblos empobrecidos

Aid evaluation shows that the international cooperation is in deep crisis. This article the causes of this situation and proposes, in the framework of the globalization context, new areas of research. The article ends with an assessment of aid effectiveness, and suggest some proposals for the reform of foreign aid.

International capital flows to developing countries in ninety decade were studied, according to different parameters. Unequal distribution in distinct levels (by regions, countries and type of investments) was discovered. That unequal grew during the reference lapse. The own nature of the kind of investments explained these tendencies and defined the specific way of international financial insertion of those countries.

With the first Great Crisis the quick industrialization begins and it also accelerates the concentration of the economic power.
